Before bringing your equipment to us, please send us the exact make and model, a clear description of the fault, when the problem first appeared and whether it is constant or intermittent. Please also tell us if the unit has previously been repaired, modified or opened, and mention any event that may have caused the fault, such as a power surge, overheating, liquid damage or incorrect connection.
For intermittent faults, please describe as precisely as possible the conditions in which the problem occurs. Photos or a short video can also be very helpful.
This information helps us prepare for the initial assessment and can reduce unnecessary diagnostic time.
For repair enquiries, written messages are preferred. Please include the make and model of the equipment and a brief description of the fault. This helps us respond accurately and keeps a clear record of the repair information.
